Book your consultation
Bespoke jewellery is the ultimate expression of you so the journey starts with a complimentary consultation to capture your story, aspirations and personal style.
You will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and a short form to tell us the basics of your story and preferences.

Discovery
We begin with a relaxed one-to-one conversation to understand your story, the occasion, and what you hope the piece will mean.
This is a listening session; we capture images, words and references that will guide the design.
Client action: bring any photos or notes you wish to share.
Deliverable: a clear design brief summarising intent, style, material choice and budget.

Initial sketches
We create two to three hand or digital sketches that explore your style, proportion and stone placement.
Sketches are simple and clear so you can imagine the piece on you.
Timeframe: 5–10 days after concept approval.
Client action: choose a favourite sketch and suggest small refinements.
Deliverable: 2–3 sketches and a chosen direction.
IV
Refinement and materials selection
We refine the chosen design, select metal, stone and finishes, and produce a detailed technical drawing or CAD if needed.
At this point we confirm price, timeline and a required deposit to begin production.
Timeframe: 7–14 days.
Client action: approve final design, confirm materials and pay the deposit.
Deliverable: final technical drawing, cost estimate and production schedule.
V
Production
A prototype or sample may be made for complex designs, otherwise production begins with skilled artisans.
You will receive photo updates at key milestones and a final quality check before shipping.
Timeframe: simple pieces 4–6 weeks, more complex pieces 8–12 weeks (times are indicative).
Client action: review progress photos and confirm final approval.
Deliverable: finished piece with tracking and care instructions.
IV
Delivery & Aftercare
Your piece is carefully packaged and sent insured, and we follow up two weeks after delivery to hear how it feels.
We offer guidance on care and a repair service for normal wear.
Timeframe: delivery varies by location; follow-up at two weeks.
Client action: enjoy the piece and share feedback or a testimonial if you wish.
Deliverable: completed bespoke piece and aftercare information.
THE DESIGN INVESTMENT
Every bespoke piece begins with imagination, expertise, and time devoted to your story.
To honour this process, we start each commission with a design fee from USD 300, which covers your initial consultation, design direction, and the first set of sketches or CAD designs.
The design fee is non-refundable, as it reflects the time, creativity, and care dedicated to shaping your vision.
Once you choose to proceed, the full amount will be credited toward the creation of your final piece, ensuring your journey is always part of the jewellery you take home.
From there, the design investment is tailored to the scope and complexity of your piece:

For simple yet meaningful designs.
Perfect for clean, minimal styles, re-working existing jewellery, or creating with gemstones you already own.
Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

For custom creations with added detail and refinement.
Ideal if you would like us to source gemstones, develop more intricate CAD or hand renderings, and explore design variations.
Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.

For exceptional, one-of-a-kind commissions.
This tier covers highly detailed designs, rare gemstone sourcing, or heirloom transformations.
Includes full design development and unlimited revisions until the design is finalised.
